These mugs are colour clay handmade products and were fired at high temperature to done it. The colors of the products are different in depth and marble pattern, some have obvious colour some have light colour and we will give it out randomly. 2. Please follow our care tips to take care of your daily wash products (mugs/ thermos). If you take care well, the vinyl can last around 2 - 3 years, depends on how you take care. We will not responsible for your falling name as it really depends on how you take care your products. 

3. Please inform us within 1 day after parcel received if you found any defect. We will not responsible for it if you inform us more than 1 day as some defect might causes by customer themselves
